The Grosvenor team has been providing home help services for over 20 years. We strive to meet our clients' needs by ensuring a reliable and consistent cleaning service. We are able to provide services in the Bayside, South Eastern and Northern Suburbs.
Our home help services are charged on an hourly basis. You can decide how much assistance is right for your needs. Our minimum service is just 2 hours per fortnight. We can also help with spring cleaning, vacating cleaning and preparing for special events.
All of our cleaners are experienced. We always thoroughly check our cleaners' references so that you have peace of mind when leaving your home in their care. We trust that you will quickly develop a relationship with your cleaner so that your individual priorities and needs are understood and met.
At any time we have approximately 50 cleaners working with us. This means that if your cleaner needs to be replaced for any reason we are able to arrange a smooth changeover, or a temporary replacement.
Our office staff are friendly and approachable and always happy to discuss your particular needs and any concerns. We are responsive to client feedback and always keep you informed of the progress of your queries.
Rates
We aim to keep our rates as affordable as possible. Our hourly charges are very competitive, and we offer a 2 hour minimum even for fortnightly bookings.
For regular bookings, our cleaners use the cleaning products and equipment that you have in your home. This not only keeps costs down but more importantly, ensures that your preferred products are always used.
Our rates are:
Regular bookings - weekly or fortnightly : $24.00 per hour
One off bookings - $30 per hour if you supply products and equipment. - $35 per hour if the cleaner provides products and equipment.
